Which countries do you support?

We work with clients globally. Most of our clients are based in UK and Australia. For bookkeeping, we specialize in systems like Xero and QuickBooks Online and collaborate with your local CPA or tax professional to ensure compliance.

Do I get one dedicated assistant or a whole team?

You get a dedicated primary assistant/bookkeeper plus access to our internal team for coverage and specialized tasks. That means you always have a point person who knows your business and a bench behind them so nothing stalls if someone is out.

How quickly can we get started?

Most clients start within 1–2 weeks. After our discovery call, we confirm scope, send over onboarding next steps, and then move into your 14–30 day onboarding sprint depending on your package and complexity.

What tools do you work in?

We’re tool-agnostic and comfortable in systems like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, Notion, Xero, QuickBooks Online, Stripe, PayPal, and more. If you have a custom stack, we’ll document and adapt to it during onboarding.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We recommend a 3-month initial runway to get the most value, but we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. You can pause, scale down, or scale up your package with 30 days notice.
